  Woah! I'm really loving the template/theme of this website.
  It's simple, yet effective. A lot of times it's very hard
  to get that "perfect balance" between user friendliness and visual appearance.
  I must say you've done a superb job with this. Additionally, the blog loads extremely quick for me on Chrome.

  I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own weblog and was curious what all is
  needed to get set up? I'm assuming having a blog like yours
  would cost a pretty penny? I'm not very internet savvy so I'm not 100% positive.
