  First of all I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you do
  not mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing.
  
  I have had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.
  I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to
  15 minutes are usually wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips?

  After I initially commented I appear to have clicked the
  -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from
  now on every time a comment is added I receive 4 emails with the exact same comment.
  Is there a way you are able to remove me from that service?
