В 2016 году в линейке RR появится еще одна модель – новый Evoque XL займет место между «обычным» Evoque и Range Rover Sport.

Среднераземерный кроссовер построят на базе той же алюминиевой несущей основы Premium Lightweight Architecture (PLA), что и будущий кроссовер от Jaguar, концепт которого показали на минувшем автосалоне во Франкфурте под именем C-X17 Sports Crossover Concept (на фото ниже). Под капотом окажутся 4-цилиндровые бензиновые и дизельные двигатели нового семейства «Hotfire».

Британцы предполагают, что из пяти новых моделей, которые будут выпускаться на платформе PLA, именно Evoque XL станет наиболее прибыльным – при том, что остальные четыре модели принадлежат к линейке Jaguar. И несмотря на то, что если сравнивать порядок цен, то кроссовер от Jaguar в начальной комплектации будет стоить примерно на 30% дешевле Evoque XL.

Собирать Range Rover Evoque XL будут на строящемся сейчас заводе компании в Солихолле.

Таким образом, Evoque будет представлен в трех амплуа: обычный компактный «Рейндж», мощный Evoque RS, о котором мы уже рассказывали, и среднеразмерный Evoque XL.

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave
it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her
ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and
