  First of all I want to say superb blog! I had
  a quick question that I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
  I was curious to find out how you center yourself and
  clear your mind prior to writing. I've had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my
  ideas out there. I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend
  to be lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions
  or hints? Thank you!

  Write more, thats all I have to say. Literally, it seems as though you relied on the

  Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea
  shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her
  ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
