  First of all I would like to say terrific blog!
  I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you
  do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself
  and clear your head before writing. I've had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.
  
  I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted
  just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints?

  Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and
  gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her ear
  and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched
  her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know
  this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
