  After I initially commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me
  when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the same comment.
  Is there a way you can remove me from that service?

  First of all I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick question which
  I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before
  writing. I've had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
  I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10
