  When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added"
  checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three emails with the same
  comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service?

  First of all I would like to say great blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to
  ask if you do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear
  your mind before writing. I have had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there.
  I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to
  15 minutes are usually wasted just trying to figure out how
