  When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get several emails with the same comment.

  First off I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick
  question in which I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
  
  I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing.
  I have had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my ideas
  out. I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first
  10 to 15 minutes are lost simply just trying to figure
  out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips?
