  With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright
  infringement? My site has a lot of exclusive content I've either
  authored myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my permission.
  Do you know any solutions to help reduce content from
  being ripped off? I'd really appreciate it.

  First off I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question that I'd
  like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing.
  I have had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
  I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted
