  First off I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't
  mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself
  and clear your mind before writing. I have had a tough time clearing my mind in getting
  my ideas out there. I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas

  After I initially commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now
  whenever a comment is added I receive 4 emails with the same comment.
  Perhaps there is a way you can remove me from that service?
