  First of all I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask
  if you don't mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.
  I've had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
  I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first
  10 to 15 minutes are wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any
  suggestions or tips? Many thanks!

  I don't know whether it's just me or if perhaps everybody else encountering problems with your blog.
  
  It appears as though some of the written text in your content
  are running off the screen. Can someone else please comment and let me know if this is happening to them as well?
